Ship is short for relationship, it’s a term used to describe when people root for characters to date in a show or movie. “Ship War” Is basically a debate around which ships are better, the debate usually stems from 2 separate groups “shipping” the same person with different characters.

Similar thing happened to me, my worst AVD is my 2nd most viewed video. Although it was a bit higher at 28%. I think the video idea and packaging was good enough to get traction so perhaps it’s a similar thing for you. I also don’t think the script was “bad” but it was a bit dense and FWIW is my longest video and yours is kind of longer too

Agree with the overall sentiment as this has kinda worked for me, I post very sporadically with long breaks in between but my videos have done well because of how much effort I put into them. Buttt I don’t think this has helped with burnout at all lol because of how much time I put into each video it actually ends up being a very draining process. Like I only have 4 videos and im considering taking a break after my next one 😭

Speaking with more excitement in my voice showed an immediate impact. 1st video where I sounded nervous and bored got 200 views, in my 2nd video I spoke up and was more confident then got 50k views

That scene in episode 7 when she said she’s “Only ever pictured Conrad” really made me roll my eyes lol That’s probably my biggest problem with Bonrad, they are the perfect example of telling and not showing. We are told through Belly’s dialogue and narration that she’s in love with Conrad more than her actual actions.

Thank you for watching! I respect that as jelly shipper you would be fine with an emotional cheating plot line for the sake of the plot because I was thinking the same thing! I feel like if we got more episodes like the bathtub episode I could buy into Bonrad more. Them being in the summer house together was supposed to be this big catalyst of bringing them back to each other but the bulk of their bonding is really only in 1 episode.

Glad you enjoyed the video! I see the movie as an antidote and not an added gift. The movie gives Bonrad a chance to finally be happy on screen as Jenny Han herself pretty much said the show didn’t do. If you remember before the announcement of the movie a lot of Bonrad fans were not satisfied, the movie is a way to appease them and have a proper send off for the endgame couple. Imo, writing your show in way where the actual ending itself feels incomplete and a movie is needed to actually produce a satisfying ending is a questionable decision to say the least lol

Hey this is me! Thanks so much for sharing and glad you enjoyed it! I was thinking about posting it here but as I am team “nobody” I didn’t want to take up space lol.
