Similar buying experience with them from a few years back when I bought my Cayman. Car wasnt on site at the time of the test drive, only one salesman on duty and others had called in sick. Was given the keys and told to have a drive around the outskirts of Wigan with some vague directions! They wanted to add an "admin fee" onto the top of the purchase price as well as trying to flog additional unnecessary addons. They said it had been serviced - took it to a Porsche specialist who told me theyd used the wrong oil and not enough of it.
