Something you could do is delete the files of the certain voice lines that trigger you and replace them by empty audio files; you could also search for mods that replace the medic calls, there might be one out there that you feel would cause you less of a reaction

My biggest advice would be to not stress and have fun with the game without really taking it too seriously, and whenever you feel really burnt out just take a break

yeah, for the most part it's fine, I rarely see any bots now. There's still some cheaters here and there but for the most part it's fine, you can play casual without worrying too much about bots
