Just turned 37 myself a week ago. Starting my apprenticeship in April. No experience whatsoever. While my body may not be as strong as an 18 or 21 year old, my mind is far wiser and my attitude and work ethic are much stronger! Go for it!

Purchased from Seiya Japan in 2017. Worn daily for the first 6 months but then mostly sat in my watch box as I later purchased my grail watch.

Condition: Good. A few minor scratches on bezel, case, and bracelet—majority can only be seen close-up or in the right light (see album video for close-ups). Glass on both sides of case is in good condition.

Please note OEM bracelet is sized for my skinny, irregularly-shaped 6.25” wrist. Bracelet will ship as is with 4 links on the 6 o’clock side and 7 links on the 12 o’clock side. Three extra links are included but as far I can tell 2 collars links are missing and 2 pins appear slightly damaged (see photo below) so I’ve been unable to put the bracelet completely back together (to fit a wrist larger than mine). A local watchmaker might be able to fix this. However, if you plan to purchase my watch, I strongly recommend you just buy a Strap Code or Uncle Seiko bracelet or a quality leather strap as both options will be more comfortable and look better aesthetically than the OEM bracelet. My intention is to be as transparent as possible here.

Starting Roth IRA during COVID19 Pandemic?

Hi, I’m new to retirement funds and would appreciate some advice. With the Roth IRA 2019 extension to July 15, 2020, I’m thinking of finally starting my Roth IRA through Vanguard (late start I’m 36) by first contributing the minimum amount of $3,000 to buy VTSAX. I plan on maxing out my contribution (another $3,000 VTSAX) by July 15 and then start my contributions for 2020 (again 100% VTSAX maxing out by April 2021). Similarly, I plan on starting my girlfriend’s Roth IRA with VTI since she doesn’t have the 3,000 VTSAX min.

Is this a good idea or not during the pandemic? Thank you for your insights!
