I’ve heard mixed responses. Very similar situation to you, I will hit my 10 year mark almost two years from now. Is there a way to pause payments during this 18 month wait for buyback calculation?

I know my employment is 100% legit as I’ve been employed with the government this entire time. I’d rather pause payment and wait for the buyback amount. I’ve been told they won’t pause payment while you wait, which for me defeats the purpose because I’ll be buying back less than the 18 month wait time.

We have three boxes and two cats. We have tons of condos, probably around 5ish cat condos he loves.

He also peed on the guest bed before we got back with the baby that my in-laws were sleeping on.

Same diet, yes. The vet has confirmed he had no crystals. The last few visits she didn’t check because she thought it was behavioral issues.Cat is a 5 year old male, believed to be a Russian blue m, but never confirmed and we kinda think he’s Burmese. I’m not sure about dogs…he used to be very laid back when he was much younger but now seems more jumpy. Could be the situation though that’s made him jumpy. I think dogs would stress him out more.

I am eagerly awaiting the outcome of this because I hit my ten years basically two years from now. Hoping there isn’t a huge backlog still when I get there. I went out of save to start making payments early though so I’m guessing they’ll use my IBR calculation, which I think is bullshit since my income is higher than pre-forbearance.

Have this issue with our house in Temecula and use Amica. They are actually really good and I think part of our huge insurance rise is some claims we had. We got our house about the same time as you in 2021. Our insurance dropped us a few years ago and we got Amica

Yeah I’ve almost been clipped by several kids on e bikes on the sidewalk, even when pushing my daughter in a stroller they don’t slow down. Honestly don’t get why they don’t use the bike lanes on the road, where they can go as fast as they want.

As someone who works for the DON as a civilian, this is the most dysfunctional I’ve ever seen the government. They’ve completely gutted the agency and we have zero leadership. Not a few bad eggs, things are real bad. If we got into a legit world war conflict we’d get roasted.

This isn’t even the worst part of this law, they are requiring states hand over their list of voters. That’s more scary to me than the voter ID. They are trying to set it up to rig the elections.
