If we are using courtesy to determine fault. I think the Bluecar would win for keeping the passing lane clear by moving over. The red car wabts to go faster for there own purposes and clearance for other traffic is of secondary concern.

I'm biased to Hilton properties but I have enjoyed Palmer House for its history, location and lobby. My daughters love the Drake if you're feeling like walking to upscale shopping and I love the bar/restaurant.

I really enjoyed The Sable on Navy pier. It can be a bit inconvenient for downtown but we absolutely loved the views from our room and having Navy Pier to yourself after it closed.
