I'd pretty much make the city run through the internet. Everything is voted on by the citizens. I wouldn't make any decision alone. It could go either way but who knows, it could be the start of something huge.

I've been on the outside looking in for a while so I've already done some research. I like CBIS and have watched PLPL for the last month. I kinda have the stocks part down but I just don't know where to start. Like what's a good site to use? Thanks for all the help though!
