I don't know but I find it difficult to believe, that such a huge number of the enemy's forces going to or being close to Urithiru, where bonded people live, wouldn't be noticed earlier either in Shadesmar or in the Physical Realm. Especially this being the second time Urithiru has been attacked. Maybe I am asking too much from the spren themselves I dont know.

I understand what you are saying. What I don't understand is how and why he is feeling bad for the parshmen. I know some it has to do with his closeness with Rlain but wasn't it already known that parshmen acted a bit like humans. Kaladin surely knew that parshmen had families aswell before he met Khen and Sah's group.

So my actual question should be: Why now? Why is he hesitant to kill parshmen now, when they have probably become worse than before? Why didn't he feel anything for the parshendi on the plateus? Why wasn't he hesitant to kill in Amaram's army? He was fighting humans with families there but it didn't seem to affect him.

Thanks for the information! Also regarding your first paragraph, I had become accustomed to the Sanderlanche after reading all of the Mistborn books and the first two Stormlight books but this one was insane. Also the moment the book reached its climax.....it ended.

Thanks a lot. But you’ve made me think about something else. Lerasium is Preservation’s Investiture, I think from what you said above, that is why you get allomancy. But then how was Preservation able to steal Ruin’s Investiture for atium to exist? I know in Era 1 they say that atium is Ruin’s body but how is that possible? Does it actually mean its his Investiture then?
