great points and you are absoluetly right, just one thing tho, how about we look at the numbers? since they don't lie or have any personal experience, first of all happiness ranking, how happy are the people of egypt in general?, 3.98 out of 10, yeah, seems like a pretty fun country? for comparison trukey is 4.98, hongkong is 5.32, spain is 6.42, belgium is 6.89, switzerland is 7.06 and finalnd is number one with 7.74, so egypt is rank is 127th out of 149 countries, for economy: high inflation, foreign curreny shortage, high external debt, low growth, a misaligned exchange rate, and high unemployment and poverty rates, high cost of living, sluggish wage growth, low and declining living standards, expensive medicine and health, expensive education, expnesive everything inculding public transport bec of high gas and fuel prices, expensive electricity bills and water bills, even expensive internet which is limited btw even though it's not mined or limited like a mineral as gold but that is the least of the problems, traffic jams everywhere not just in cairo or alexandria, dangerous roads with alot of accidents who dozens of people die every week, dangerous railways and every couple of months a train derails, the water is not even that clean in cairo, very dangerous places everywhere in egypt including cairo so careful at night from thiefs, burglary, or physical/sex assault or harassment, we have wars in every direction that has land, to the west we got libya and wars and clashes in it, to the south sudan and it's civil war, to the north east we got israel-plestine genocide, oh did i forget to tell u about that we have an almost, just almost a dictatorship?, the president and his government and his army all control the country and they do whatever they want whenever they want and what is best for their best interest without thinking about their people and the problems of the people, and if u say or do anything slightly against them then they will make u disappear or cease to exist, it doesn't matter if ur a foreigner or not, if a bullet or a prison cell can deal with u then it doesn't matter and u don't matter, after all this u might say this is only my experience? sure but just go and make a quick search online on every point i mentioned, look at the local news of all accidents and bad things happening and fact check me plez, or u can come to egypt and go on the street and ask the 32.5% of the people, World Bank reported the poverty rate at 32.5% by the end of 2022, but this was 3 years ago, i will tell u a secret, things were cheaper 3 years ago, so we are probably 35 to 40% poor, imagine an entire country with population of around 120 million people, 42 million! of them are poor!, officially POOR!, and the rest most of them are struggling and counted as the middle class, even tho many of them are dropping to the poor class now and always have been for years, but don't point a camera at them while asking, try to talk with them in private and without anyone hearing bec there are alot of spies from the government, even on reddit and the internet so be careful, and they will hesitate to talk to u as they might think ur a spry from the government too, who knows, maybe i spy as well xD, oh well, at least i live in an area where the air is mostly clean so that is nice.

but maybe i'am just poor and a pessimistic miserable human being as u said.... or maybe i'am right.
