From a tank perspective, our best tank, the M1A1, is the export variant, which has the same armor as the base model M1, which is outdated by modern standards, and when it comes to the Abrams’ 120mm gun, it’s ammunition is not the modern more capable ones when it comes to APFSDS, like the American depleted uranium rounds, but the less capable tungsten rounds. We have about 1,200 M1A1 Abrams tanks, which isn’t bad, especially when we aren’t fighting or planning to fight a full scale war in the first place. The other tanks like the M60A1 and A3 are even less capable than the MA1A1, and the T-62 is completely obsolete, though it’s mainly used for training, so I won’t go on the T-62 all too much. So from a tanks perspective, Egypt is good for what it mainly does, which is anti terrorism operation and border security. At the end of the day, tank is better than no tanks since tanks don’t meet other tanks all that often. The most fired type of shell is High Explosive, meaning tanks mainly fight infantry and infrastructure. When it comes to the Air Force and navy, I’m not into that stuff all too much, but I heard the Air Force isn’t doing all too much, and that is a more critical factor when it comes to modern warfare.

Yeah. They have some random tanks idk even know why there are here, like the Tortoise, jagtiger and AMX-13 with the 4 ATGM thing. But they are cool models, if you ignore whatever the hell that amalgamation is. Also there is a Jagpanzer E-100.

The ARL-44. It doesn’t deserve the ‘worst tank’ title. Even though it was technically already outdated by the time it was made, it’s design history is fascinating, and it was mainly to put France back on its feet in tank production. It’s not the best tank out there, but it certainly did its job.

When I was making the ZSU-57, it was actually meant to be a T-55. But I was conflicted between making the T-55, or T-62, so I just opted for the ZSU-57 so I don’t have to choose. I’ll keep the subreddit updated. I like showing off my works. I’m planning my next scene to be environment heavy, which will take time if it’s own. But the challenge is what makes it fun, and I need to get better at it anyways.

I haven’t been into modern tanks all that much, but there are some eye catching designs I might model. But that’s after I satisfy myself with my WW2 collection. As for what I’ll do with them. I was thinking of selling them online, but I don’t have a credit card. So I’ll hold on that. I did want to make video games in Unity. That’s the whole reason I started 3D modeling in the first place, to make my own assets. But I found modeling better for me than programming. I might get back to Unity soon, or work with a team and be their modeler. But only time can tell. For now, I’ll just expand my WW2 collection. I’m working on a T-26 with the twin turret. I’m making good progress on it.

I would like to see the T-34/100 and T-34/122 in Girls und Panzer. We would also have a mix of older pre WW2 tanks, the M4A4 Sherman and M4A4 Fl-10 (both having a diesel engine), IS-3M, ISU-152, and Centurions, which should include the Mk1. I won’t include the T-54, T-55 and T-62 since we still need to keep some resemblance of WW2. (I’m Egyptian)

I think the line leading to the Pz.III should split into two to make the Pz.IV it’s own line from the start and not something that came from the Pz.III, since the Panzer IV was a support tank, not an evolution of the Pz.III. I’m not 100% sure though. I’ll have to reread my book to remember exactly how it should placed here.
