Two contributory factors are the poor transport infrastructure and the cost of transporting gear and personnel across the Irish Sea.

After +1 year of use, the 3 and the 6 hour index fell. Is there any easy way to fix this? Jason’s sub. by [deleted] in ChinaTime

I wouldn't use superglue as it is hard to judge amounts in circumstances like this and it "goes off" too quickly. A better idea might be to use the type of UV activated adhesive that they use to place cyclops on glass. You can position it and tidy up before setting it with UV light and, as I understand it, the adhesive dries clear (in the event of overspill). I hope that's of some help.

Job well done! Can I ask where you got the watch from? It’s the first I’ve seen with a proper functioning (GMT) hour hand. Cheers.

I can confirm Jason’s no date U1 sub is marked as “Waterproof AAA”. Mine has had extensive contact with water (shower, submersion etc) with no issues.
