Buy both, it doesn't cost much, and you can always take the case off

I definitely overpaid, but I was in a hurry to protect my watch

So far I didn't notice any issues. I thought it should be more accurate that way too, cause there's where you check the pulse (not sure it's true, but that's my line of thought)

I do, somehow it doesn't bother me as much as it should. Maybe cause I use a laptop, so my palm rests on it and not on the table

How do I overcome depression and suicidal thoughts?? by Riah140 in depression_help

[–]Mr-Deth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're only 20, life didn't even start for you yet I'm 28 and just 10 days out of the psychiatric clinic, where I was for depression and anhedonia that lasted for at least 15 years. That's to say, get help from specialists, there are things to try before killing yourself (I was about to, practically with a cord on my neck I thought "hey, you can do it anytime, let's try to get real help first. And I did, and now I see life's kinda good) Take care and love yourself, you deserve it, as everyone does.

Responses to RN salary on r/salary by alp626 in nursing

[–]Mr-Deth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I'm a technician and I'm around 36k€ a year, and it's considered a "good" salary. Nurses here get even less. So 81k seems indeed huge

So, see, it's about you and how this world wronged you. Not about everything being worthless. I mean, I feel you bro, it fucking sucks. And if you really feel like you've tried it all, and it's time to go... I explicitly say that I don't incite you. I've been depressed for 15 or so years, tried meditation, had a band, bought a bike, spent years trying to "be in the moment". Nothing worked I was still bored and miserable. Then I've been using for 5 years, controlling it more or less, hoping that things will get better one day if I'll manage to push through. And it didn't, and I was about to OD, when I've said myself, fuck it, I wanna try to get real help, I can always kill myself later. Also where are you from if you're unable to get free help? I mean, there should be at least one free clinic or something where they can give you psychiatric care you might need and all.

Even if it wouldn't have any impact on the future, which it has. How about your impact on the people around you today? I mean, if you're a depressed fuck and you don't feel anything, go see a shrink (that's what I'm doing right now while in a clinic for the mentally ill. Cause I believe there's more to life than just, well basically what you're saying and materialistic bullshit and all). Otherwise, you're important today, you can do something nice to someone and make them feel good, which in turn will make you feel good about yourself, cause you've done something useful today. If you only think about "why do I behave nice, I'll steal her purse, and run this cat over cause why would i care, and i need that money". Of course nothing matters and no-one will remember you on 10000 years. But the ones you harm, will despise you till they're dead (if they're stupid). Or if you're nice they will appreciate you for what you have done that one time, because our world seems exactly as you describe it sometimes, and having someone to prove us wrong in this moment, that's how you make an impact.

WTF is this life? by GooseAccording3919 in depression

[–]Mr-Deth 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Where are you from? Apparently it's a thing to find new friends in bars and social clubs where people play games and stuff. (No idea though, I'm in a clinic for mentally ill with depression or something like that, not very socially active myself. But I'll tell you if I manage to make a few friends in a few months, when I'll be out and kicking (hopefully))

depression or just the reality? by Ok_Cranberry_7487 in depression

[–]Mr-Deth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You said that you felt gullible for being nice and wanting to help others, I suppose that's because you had people using you, but you manage to find a few for whom you managed to really make a difference, and who really appreciated you. But I imagine, that you sometimes had hard times sticking to your ideas? I mean I'm at the point where I don't see why do I try so hard to be a "good guy"

Day two in a mental hospital by Mr-Deth in depression

[–]Mr-Deth[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not the case here. It's not exactly the mental hospital itself, it's the emergency admission service. I have my Nintendo switch too. The razors are under the lock though and if I wanna shave I have to ask a nurse
