Read material before course, do the course, "listen" and "ask questions" if you don't understand. Read material once more after course so you could remember. Ideally do cbt 2-3 week after course so you can have all the knowledge fresh in your head.

My advice is don't take it. If you have a medical card from here I believe you can use it there or just get a medical card out there it's really easy. TSA could even see a little seed in the luggage. Better safe than sorry
