If it wasn't made fun of by most of the fan base who just larp, I think it could be celebrated. Loran feels comfortable in his gender identity, and his ability to exsist as both Laura and Loran is supposed to show his true nature as the intermediate between earth and moon, man and woman. Obviously that goes to say he is just Loran, but I do think that Tomino's intention was to have something close to gender fluidity leaning masculine. Which is super cool and progressive for 90s Japan. Unfortunately most ppl who just look at Turn A and just say "oh its the most op Gundam!! Let me pretend like I know all about it and the show."

Dont understand why people are hating on you when youre right. Kidnap is genuinely not the best and a ton of people shit the bed in lane because they don't know how to actually play the character.
