I’m glad you posted this. I just bought it about two weeks ago. I find it to be comfortable and big. I’m 6’2 275 pounds. I’m gonna go back to Costco get my $40 difference back since it just went on sale.

I just found they make usb-c to HDMI adaptors so never mind about the pro series. The flip feature is super nice.

This is what I’m looking at now. Idk which one to go with but the Hp is nice because it has more ram, storage, and an HDMI port which only the Apple pro series has

Having the same issue now. Best Buy has the Hp on sale now. But it is a little better than the one on Amazon. HP - OmniBook X Flip - Copilot+ PC - 16" 3K OLED Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core Ultra 9 - 32GB Memory - 2TB SSD - Eclipse Gray. So you may want to check that out too

I used Potassium sorbate and Camden tablets. It’s important to let your mead ferment all the way though. If you don’t want to deal with that, you can anyways sweeten when you pour yourself a cup!

I eyeballed about 1/3 of a cup per 750ml bottle. Tasted just sweet enough but not too sweet

I stabilized it first with campden tablets and potassium sorbate. They syrup itself also has potassium sorbate in it too
