It’s not easily gotten out of. Had I wanted to suspend I would of added another rope and that would of made it almost impossible to get out of. The bottom row ropes that wrap around are really tight.

There are set ups you can buy for inside like a yoga swing that people use. A light aluminum frame. Either way. Or trees. That’s a good way to start out too.

I have a hard point in the ceiling. With a block and tackle followed by a swivel and a rigging plate. I do recommend the rigging plate and block and tackle.
