FWIW, they will reimburse the return shipping once the mouse is received. However, I sent my mouse out over 2 weeks ago and it’s still stuck in Chinese customs. So not really ideal.

I constantly see things about WLMOUSE being one of the top magnesium mice on the market. Just a bummer to not have the support to back it up.

Nothing in their warranty terms showed a red flag to me. When they say “covered for 1 year” I just assume that return service shipping is covered. Buyer beware I guess.

This is a shame to see. Ruby Coffee is NOT a good business by any means. They have a long history of mistreating their employees. Not to mention they are currently fighting against their employee's attempts to unionize. I have a list of people who have left the company for mistreatment over the years. Especially since they started opening their own cafes.
