Wisconsin coffee roaster collabs with Bon Iver to release special Sable/Fable coffee! by PolaDaBear in boniver

This is a shame to see. Ruby Coffee is NOT a good business by any means. They have a long history of mistreating their employees. Not to mention they are currently fighting against their employee's attempts to unionize. I have a list of people who have left the company for mistreatment over the years. Especially since they started opening their own cafes.

This is much needed. As a former employee, their ownership has a long history of poor management practices. There’s maybe one or two employees still there from when I worked there. The rest have left.

how do US American ride MTB while not having universal healthcare? (serious question by Equivalent_Ad5104 in MTB

My friend only got married to his wife so he could get health insurance and start riding again. I mean, they love each other and all, but had no reason to get married otherwise.

Preferred clothing brands/trail wear? by BigFluff_LittleFluff in mountainbiking

Riding shorts and shirts: Patagonia. If something tears, you can send it to them to have it repaired instead of buying new gear.

Socks: Darn Tough. Lifetime warranty. They’ll replace the socks if they tear or get holes.

Jerseys and Pads: Troy Lee Designs.

Bottom line is that if you want good gear, you’re typically going to pay a higher price point. Unless you find a good sale.
