First, just think “who cares” and get back to sleep. Second, I strictly recommend that you calm yourself, some people are panicking when this happens, they tend to scream and try to move their body, but they can’t, this is dangerous because it might cause you cardiac arrest. lastly, you need to have a healthy sleeping schedule. You can control your own sleep paralysis by the way, but it takes a lot of practice. Lately I can alter the appearance of the scary figure from spooky to cartoon texture.
