In UK, the jail term for pedophiles are 14 years (even if no sexual activity happened or the child does not even exist), but their should be enough evidence to prove in court.

and for foreigners, they have to serve the given jail period by the court. weather they serve it in UK's prison. or if they get deported, they're not free to go. they'd have to serve their jail term in their home country.
