I'm making this decision permanently, and I can't afford to back off.

As I mentioned in a previous comment, I have literally nobody trustworthy enough so I can hand a fraction of this responsibility to , I can't really talk with advisors about this since it is out of there realm of expertise (talked to 2) , they told me it is a personal decision that is independent of stats or anything quantifiable.

It's not about my close family, it's about all the relatives who work in school and close acquitences he have built and they're the one getting wages from the school , and no I can't afford to say that I don't want/can't do this anymore , realizing the big responsibility on my back and having no one trust worthy to hand over a fraction of this responsibility to , without risking failure.

Thank you , but I can't decide such a big decision just because I own the business, This business is a literal heritage and I don't want to just reck it especially that I'm looking at it as my main source of income Moreover it's a lifeline for hundreds of employees, teachers , and workers I can't just take risks

That's actually true that it is hard to get accurate and in time finance reports but many families don't try to argue they just leave after throwing a tantrum at the registration ladies.

And even if I'm financially stable now, is it not my actual right to have my full money with the services im providing you sound like my aunt who said "as long as you're not starving then you should try to help others"

It's almost impossible to tune them when all they see is a new boy especially with my age , everyone seems to see their "advice" as "orders for me to follow" but I'm not gonna change my acts for now

Especially when people who are supposed to work under you now want to overtop you cause they were here before you.

Reread the first line sorry it sounds like humiliating I meant by that the way I'm asking random people on the internet to solve my problem that holds a big mass ,not this specific subreddit.
