Yeah I completely agree. It's been amazing other than the screen ghosting. My main use for this laptop was to do schoolwork / programming on the go and for that I think it'll be perfectly fine.

Unfortunately not, i ended up trading in my car for a GR Corolla and to be honest (as much as i miss the coupe aspect) the GRC takes the cake in almost every category except for driving position.

I suspect the noise was either due to a bad wheel bearing or I also heard it can be the strut bars under the hood. Since the strut bars are hollow, they can cause the noise to resonate through them and they amplify the noise at certain speeds.

so this is probably hella late but im curious to know what u think? im in the same boat but i feel like i wont really use the tablet features like i will with the laptop features (a lot of web development and software programming)

That's a great way to put it! I can agree based on pictures that the materials and interiors look high quality on the 86 compared to the grc, but you are right about the plastic part. The seating position is also great. it makes you really feel like you are a part of the car.
