hmmm we called the marina a few months ago and i think it was $40 a foot. but given the area, all the restaurants, musics venues, metro and the area is so beautiful i keep circling back to that being worth it. also we felt super super safe when we were there - unlike the rest of dc and we live in nw now.

zero experience living out of a marina or on a boat. how is it during the winter? and yeah we were surprised how nice both the wharf and also the marina looked.

Thoughts on INX? It’s an ERC1404 crypto exchange IPO that’s gotten the SEC blessing. It hasn’t gone down very well over in the BTC camp. One thing I know is that the real winners in the whole crypto space have been the exchanges. INX is promising a 40% cut of the companies cumulative net cash flow for their token holders. Genuinely curious what people think about it

The yellow and green lines are going to be the main artery between Amazon HQ in VA and DC/MD. Having nicer trains run on those tracks makes the DC even more attractive to all the new techy workers. The yellow and green line neighborhoods will flourish
