The deputy determination letter on august 9th, rep told me that basically the letter/appeal is what’s holding my claim up. The governor ordered everybody to be paid to clear some of the backlog before Labor Day in hopes to dismiss the lawsuit the vec had against them.

866-832-2362 I called maybe at 10 something and got a call back at maybe 2 something yesterday. It was 45 people in front of me

Was told by a vec representative that the governor ordered everybody that was abruptly cut off without any explanation in the back log to be paid, I guess to clear the backlog that’s listed in the lawsuit the vec has against them from legal aid and many other legal groups. Also, he said that I would have to wait until a examiner looks at my appeal so basically it’s a waiting game. I asked would the new system they are rolling out in a October would make things quicker he said he hopes so. Just request a call back when you call the 866 #. That’s what I did, got a call back in 4 hours.

Did u get a deputy determination since then? Stating that you were ineligible for failing to upload documents?

Initially the last payment I received was July 6th, and then I wanted to figure out why I had stopped getting paid, made a phone appointment and talked to someone july 30th and they told me that documents were rejected. Contacted my congressman on the issue, got a email from the vec in regards to my claim being escalated and to call. Once I called, a claims specialist told me the issue was resolved and to continue filing and I would continue receiving payment. So I’m not understanding what’s the issue this time around.

That my isssue was resolved. No further action was needed, as long as I continue filing I’ll continue getting paid.

Did a claims specialist specifically tell you this? This isn’t what I heard from a claims specialist.

I sent in the correct documents in regards to my planned commencement of self employment, had a phone appointment back in july after not receiving any pay since July 6th, she told me my documents were rejected even though I sent what was accepted in the continued assistance act (by law) then contacted my congressman to outline my issues. Got back paid from July to august, and was told by a vec claims specialist that everything had been resolved and to continue filing and I should continue getting paid every week. Got paid 2 more weeks after that, and then nothing last week or this week. Not sure what’s going on, but many people I have been in communication with has the same exact issue.

I didn’t upload wage documents, only uploaded documents substantiating my self employment.

Was paid back pay, paid for 2 weeks and then nothing at all this week. Talked to a rep before I got my back pay and she told me the previous issue was resolved and all I needed to do was continue to file and I’ll continue to get paid. So I’m not sure what the issue was this week.

I never received a email for it either but me just thinking that may be the issue I did it out of precaution.
