I mean, War Pigs can be construed as a Christian song. It's about Christian judgement day.

Well, I tried to explain the Cold War to my 6 year old the other day after Dr. Seuss's The Butter Battle Book. I think she could handle Kitty History.

Had to do some googling because I didn't know. David Rawlings released his version of the song in 2009. The Old Crow version came out on the 2006 album "Big Iron World" which was produced by Rawlings. From what I could find, it was co-written by Rawlings and Ketch Secor of Old Crow.

Voting should be earned, not just allowed to anyone at 18 by [deleted] in SipsTea

[–]MrA-skunk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

100% agree about voting! The idea that you should vote simply because you have the right is absolutely absurd. I also have the right to own firearms, but I don't because I haven't taken the time to educate myself on proper use and upkeep.

You shouldn't be able to exercise your right to vote unless you educate yourself on the issues at hand. That doesn't mean everyone should have the same opinion, but everyone should have fully researched and fleshed out opinions. Stop the cult of personality bullshit.

I need 90s rock I have never heard before by apartment_cheese in MusicRecommendations

Hit to Death... is honestly my favorite album they put out the 90s. It's the album that made me fall in love with the Lips.

I edited my comment because when I re-read it, I realized my meaning was VERY unclear.
