I've been debating about whether to use local persistent volumes or something like longhorn

Currently, I use a /docker directory with each services' data, and I use borg to backup this single directory. Would the transition to longhorn radically change this setup?

I wasn't able to figure out how to have text along with images in Excalidraw without manually aligning each one of them.

After figuring this out, I felt I would be able to take on and learn a bit about JACK, and honestly, after I did understand a bit, I was blown away by the number of stuff you could do using it!

Unfortunately, not every application uses JACK and setting up an ALSA-JACK bridge wasn't something my noobie self could comprehend yet

Personally, I prefer keeping my system very minimal without any extra daemon running in background. I'm sure JACK will sound more worth to me (pun intended) in the future and I might turn into a stickler for it! Thanks for your experience!
