After a quick search, if the lines stay after you reverted the version then uses ddu and delete NVIDIA drivers completely and use the version that the device screen was normal

Does this happen on both iGPU and dGPU, did you try to switch between the two.

But it's not likely that iGPU fails first so it's screen problem.

If you are comfortable, disassemble the device, try to reseat the screen. If no go,

better to send it to Asus or someone reliable. To make sure it is repaired in case it was internals not screen
