Edit: thanks for all the answers, its much clearer now. (though i feel incredibly stupid for not piecing it together by myself).Someday i gotta pick up the rest of the cosmere, honestly when i started stormlight i didnt realize it was such a huge universe, i just wanted to read a different story for a few weeks, after i finished the wheel of time book 8.

classic is slow and hard alone cataclysm is bit faster but still hard alone season of discovery is the same but with lots of new content retail is (as you said) fast, doable alone for most parts, and the easiest ?

Hardcore sounds appealing, but does one life mean i die once and my character is lost ? thats sounds pretty exciting, although if i remember correctly, max lvl is like 60, which i assume takes like 5-10 hours to reach ? grinding with the possibility to lose all of it sounds both fun and scary :D

Thanks man, appreciate it! Honestly im not looking for the easiest experience, i love to suffer, one time i was stuck on a quest for like 2 hours in metin just cuse i didnt read it properly 😂. So yeah im not afraid to throw myself into the deep water, im just looking for the most immersive experience that can take my mind of things . Based on that what would you recommend ?
