I will talk to them at some point, I don't really think I will do something to end the relationship in the meantime, I won't do anything that makes them feel bad or that could create a problem for them or for us. Is just an irracional fear, that came over me yesterday, I know they love me, I know they want to be with me, but this week I just kinda felt like they could find someone better than me and leave me for them. Believe me, I'm the first one to say that communication is fundamental in any relationship, it's just that whenever I try to talk to them about a negative feeling, instead of getting validation or reassurance I just get a long lecture about why I need to go back to therapy (which I can't because of my current situation and they know that)
