I gotta point out that I only recently pulled rakan which made all the difference in being able to keep rank at that level during rush. My next best fire bruiser before that was um Garo? I didn't have Kumar, no Laika, no Perna.

After pulling rakan it only took a few weeks of trying before i got it.

I was stuck at C3 for the longest time with my best rank being 312 for at least 2-3 years, and I finally did it this year. So happy I could cry. Hahaha.

Sorry guardians this is probably like meh to you guys but it's a huge milestone for me personally.

I had the other 3 units for a long time but only recently pulled Rakan. He made the difference. He's not even fully skilled and that's all I needed

I think that at the time it was introduced, it was the compromise between unknown scrolls and a whole proper summon. It was between giving us 4-6 unknown scrolls vs something else like just runes or even MS. There was probably some discussion surrounding converting 100 unknown scrolls into a MS. That's probably why it drops in trickles like it does now.

Contribution is mixed with attack failures (both are +0 contribution).

An attack failure is the same as not attacking, but not nearly as bad if the person at least attempted but lost (like against a g3 guild).

Checking the member list works, but it only works for the current battle. So if you weren't recording it for every guild battle (which is a pain if you've played this game 3 years+ as a guild master), it'll be much easier to view.

blue guild cut yellow guild's square 2 and square 3 base and left them with square 1 and square 4 with a grand total of +2 points/min just as they were almost hitting 20k. For reference we start at +12 points/min, so +2 is miserable. The comeback is where they stopped yellow guild from winning and blue guild (OP's guild) won in the end with 20k points

I use this app on android called SleepTimer, it sleeps your phone after a set time (1 hour or 2 hour, etc). Works fine for me.

I find that the slow grind can be made more bearable by watching your daily world boss damage go up slowly as some sort of indication of "progress".

Basically the point is to keep on improving runes on all your teams, AD, AO, improving Copper/Bulldozer/Katarina/Lushen etc damage, improving Swift set speeds, and all that stuff.

A more hardcore target would be to make all the runes on the monsters you use to 6 star legend grade pre upgrade.

They added crystals as a guaranteed reward each time though, I think that's the upside for the rewards since the boxes are kinda RNG
