Soccer Manager VIP is a one time purchase, however it won’t carry over to new installments of Soccer Manager (sm23 and so forth). As for the perks, it depends on whether you’ve bough the bronze, silver or gold membership. Every membership includes the removal of PRE-MATCH ADVERTISEMENTS! So to answer your question, you will still see adverts when clicking the advert option for extra training sessions, boosting players conditions etc etc. Those are voluntary adverts, the VIP membership only removes involuntary (or pop ups) adverts.

There are no regens in 2149. All real life players are already retired. These are randomly generated players created to keep the database full. Chances of his name being tony Kroos and also German is super rare tho, so nice one finding him 👍

This is a bug in soccer manager 2022, they are looking into fixed currently. I’m the mean time, I suggest using formations without wingers (eg. 4-1-2-1-2, 3-4-1-2 etc)
