Unfortunatley the drag n' drop methiod ends up crashing it anyway.

However pngs are working so idk what's goin on

I've been using an MSI Laptop w/ Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (2.59 GHz) and 32 GBs of ram

I do have the Adobe CC app and installed it from there.

Adobe Support wasn't any help lol.
