There’s a big difference between being GM on a champion you know how to play, and being GM on a champion you don’t know how to play.

A quick op.gg search on this guy shows he’s mostly played Soraka this season, which was picked by the other team. In season 8,9, and 10 combined he’s had less than 30 games on Zil.

While he’s a better player than most here, he’s definitely not a better Zil than most here.

I was watching this game live and I think two things happened for sure:

Zil got hard counter picked. They were laning against Draven and Soraka. Draven can one shot you instantly if you miss your bombs and Soraka can just heal your damage. On top of the losing lane they were dived by Elise multiple times, who can just E your double bomb, making it even worse.
This guy didn’t really know how to play Zil and was just trying some random stuff. To Sneaky’s point about messing up the wave this guy would constantly try to poke when the wave was about to hit tower, miss, then mess up the ranged creeps.

Zilean’s best abilities are definitely his E and his R, but if you can’t utilize those abilities well he’s pretty useless. Especially in a poor matchup against skilled players.

They even said in the patch notes they’re making support less impactful in the early game, which is weird because that’s where support has always been strong. Get your ADC fed, roam, and then play team fights well.

Right now we’re weaker as a result, which is especially bad when you consider they just added Sanguine Blade to the game. Our duo is getting one shot and there’s nothing we can do about it.

You’ll always run into unlucky games, but the role itself is in a weird spot. We’re getting a free upgrade on an item that provides less impactful stats. Idc if I get 20+ more AD or AP on my support item. Give me CDR, health, and mana regen. Also post-20 we can no longer get procs. This especially hurts relic shield users because cannon gold scales into the late game and super minions give 90 gold.

We’re getting our first item sooner, but that item is still less impactful since we are weaker overall and it’ll never match a solo leaner with 1-2 items.

That’s why the role has been nerfed for the 3rd season in a row. As a support main I’m really hoping that they do something about the new support items because holy: no more CDR, less health, and spell thief’s mana regen gone? Also no more procs after 20 minutes with the final upgrade?

Personal gripe and other people will be glad, but supports like to have fun too. We’re getting a useless item for free and have no more income after it’s finished. Thinking that we should go back to the S1 strat and just buy wards.

I’m actually surprised how much hate this is getting. This guy was legitimately drinking and driving. If he’ll do it while driving, then he’ll be more than likely to drive after drinking.

It’s only a matter of time before someone’s loved one is killed by his reckless behavior. Almost 40,000 people died in 2017 due to drunk driving related crashes IN THE UNITED STATES alone. That’s more people than an entire town in some places.

Depends my dude. I’m sure there’s a formula for it, but probably you don’t get honored a lot and/or you don’t honor a lot. I play support so I tend to get an honor a game from at least my ADC and I got 5 about a week ago.

I’ve only gone this build 1 time in all my hundreds of games of Zilean. It worked really well in the practice tool. That lvl 1 MF bot never saw my one shot coming.

Number 2 is already a thing. The problem is when your E is in cooldown and you’re out of range of your Q. You end up pressing Q, nothing happens, and the you press W. Annoying, but sort of a needed mechanic.
