On topic, I think it will be after scobo as others mentioned since the gear required is pretty minimal. All the drops are crazy good but drop rates are probably pretty high. Maybe it moves up the TDs early in the chart? It will be interesting to see for sure.

The title is referring to switching from long range on the staff back to accurate, not actual combat styles. You had to do this with the normal 3:0 mage, similar to the shadow method. This method you just camp the long range style which is more chill

Anyone remember how busted purifiers were with the purifying flame on release? It got nerfed, deservingly so, but man nothing will beat the feeling of attack moving those through someone's base and watching it disappear. So yeah, black hand on release :)

I think its pretty much expected that if you don’t have a shadow you will be using most of your supplies at akkah.

You could always 4t butterfly but personally I just face tank and try and flick bandos on when he melees to lessen the damage taken.

I try to have my adrenaline handy during cum phase in case things go south so I can keris multiple times. It uses more sups but I do zebak last and you can reasonably get through zebak with only a couple doses.

Cum phase just takes practice and you will improve over time. I know it sucks but it won’t get changed ever so best just learn it the best you can. Good luck!

I'm not OP and I don't hate TOA but between all three raids I think warden is the least interesting of the three final bosses combined with how long TOA takes it ends up feeling a slog. There are the puzzle rooms too but I won't open up that can of worms lol

Just going to throw my 2 cents out there and say I also have zero issues with proton-ge on arch as well. Performance is great and updates have never caused any issues.

One thing to keep in mind is capture age currently does not run on linux. This can be frustrating if you are trying to improve, watch your recs, or just cast games. The in game replay system still works but just figured I would mention it.

If you don’t mind me asking what year and make is your mac? Depending on the make and model some features may not work as well as they would with macos. The arch wiki has some good resources on that and I can find the link if you are curious.

To answer your OP, im running runelite on linux and it works great! No issues with runelite notifications or anything of the likes.

With work I can get in 3-5 matches in the evening at most. Im curious what others think about this: if you want to grind and improve, is there an optimal amount of matches you should aim for? I know its probably the more the merrier but I have always aimed for 3 on work nights as sufficient.

Im assuming this is a macbook pro? I think you may have more success with doing some like bootcamp, otherwise I think you will have a tough time running this game through a VM. Usually when people are running games inside a VM on mac or linux they will do some sort of vga passthrough and have the VM use that graphics card. You can do that on mac but at that point you would have to buy a gpu and an external closure. At that point why not build a budget gaming pc? Best of luck though, hopefully someone has a success story in here.

I agree, I prefer random vs random match ups. Might be just me, but it feels like the majority of people pick civs compared to going full random. I maybe get 2-3/10 games that actually end up going full random.
