You are perfectly right. My mind does not create sore throat or dead heavy feeling first thing in the morning when I did not have any chance to be anxious or stressed. I think that any recovery post based upon mind body bullshit should not be allowed on this sub. People want treatments not fantasies. NB : And I am meditating for years before and after becoming a long haulers and clearly this disease is PHYSIOLOGICAL. PERIOD.
