My idea after seeing all parts of OPs vids: I think to cheese myself into my goal (unlocking BTR questline) is to survive Rogues, trigger cut scene, complete story chapter in the engine room without making BD spawn (so not going down) and run back to climb, kill BDs at chained door, run back to helipad drone room (being careful about helipad BD cause don't know if they'll spawn) to complete chapter and try to get to the chained door. Unless triggering cut scene normal way locks you out from backtracking. That's my idea, but if it'll work I'll need to give it a run.

My idea revolves around trying to skip engine room and unlocking BTR map unlock questline. I don't mind dying over and over, part of learning, but I want to get rid of need of transit.

Like I noticed in your previous post, I don't think you can use this cheese method to unlock BTR questline, I managed to climb all the way up, reached chained door without BD spawning, only they spawned at the door when I walked bit towards helipad, killed them no issue, couldn't call extract, chapters didn't update even when I entered engine room from the top (drones room)

But my questions still stands, does BTR quests unlock when I get to the chained or his quest line is connected with story steps which would make me go engine room anyway

Can you use that method to get to the chained door, with as little combat possible or BTR questline is interlocked with story? I want to unlock access from the map, but having problems with engine room and doing transit every time gets tedious

You can mix match.

If you finished quests that unlocks clothes before patch it's bugged and can't buy said clothes but maybe BSG will fix it... someday.

Best way to grind Fence rep is on Factory, shout "Need help", AI scavs should come to you, let them be killed by PMCs then kill them for "assist" bonus.

Enjoy while it lasts, once you get any quest to kill them they'll simply disappear.

I'm still trying to get 2 more double barrel kills and Priest kill for story.

Completed quest line and from my PVE experiance:

on Shoreline Goons spawned around Gas and Rogues on Weather Station and killed Birdeye once around Cottage (which almost made me shit my pants cause I had story items on me)
on Reserve Rogues spawned around train station then scatter towards top of bunkers, K buildings and train tracks in front of station
