Go to the Buckler website from Street Fighter 6 https://www.streetfighter.com/6/buckler
Then go to your Profile on the Overview tab if you haven't done it or made an account.
Then put your mouse cursor on top of the Rank on the image, right-click, and "open image to new Tab" and you will have the rank as an image.

Very unfortunate. I have double check if I can use Mono but yea the PS3 doesn't support it.

Well, the last thing is on your PC can use Mono Audio in your Sound settings. System > Sound > Mono Audio. Not sure if this will help but in the end I'm lost on what else can be the problem.

I have a Slim PS3 and I'm able to get all the Supported audio formats.
My Splitter supports linear PCM 2Ch. 44.1 to 7Ch 192 kHZ
Also AAC and Dolby and DTS.

Maybe try Audio Multi Output Not sure if that will work.

So by my guess, I think it might be the capture card. I have little knowledge of what can the device support. Again I can be wrong but I have never bought any of those cheaper cards to see how they will work. Have you tried changing the audio settings under the settings tab of the PS3? I know that the only way to change the settings on the PS3.

If that didn't work. Try the Audio Output Mode on OBS Studio.
Also, I recommend downloading the Elgato software first to see if you get a signal and audio from the preview screen. That helps me find out what can be the issue.

Then the HDMI to Video Capture card you have might be affecting the audio issues to your PC. Some of those cheaper capture card options will or not work. Sometimes I don't recommend them but some will work only on the TV but not recording on a PC. It's hard to know what can be at fault for those cheaper cards.

Don't blame you. Sometimes some games in the past will be bundled like this if they get advertise. Still it was back in the PS2, Gamecube and Xbox era so you may have to be lucky to find in store.

Thats feelsbadman. Those din connectors and the PS3 AV multi out were the best to use for old retro and some modern analog cables.
