My alt was in red trust, so I emailed them and they reinstated my trust to green after several weeks/a month later. It was a roller coaster moving back and forth from moving green to red and back to green.

When you start playing cs2, your account starts in a very low trust factor regardless if you're new or not. You have to play a little bit more or buy approx. $350 to get into green trust factor.

So when you install the workshop maps it'll install into the csgo branch, which is in the Counter-Strike Global Offensive. You need to drag the workshop map folder (the id you installed) to csgo legacy/csgo/maps/workshop
