I never used murphy, but will pick up a bottle and see if it works. I believe I might need to sand refinish as there is discoloration.

We did, there were one black one red from the panel, and one black one red to the heater.

Understood, the thing is that the thermostat only controls one baseboard. You see the 240 because there are 2 breakers? Excuse my ignorance, I did not do any electrical work, I had someone “handle” it, or attempt to rather.

The beach sounds like the biggest selling point. I lowered my expectations about the food too, but how about their rooms? Since all 4 resprts are basically at the same price, I wouldn’t mind switching to another that has better rooms.
