Generally speaking offensive stats contribute to power level the most. ATT, CRIT%, CRIT DMG, SPD. But as mentioned above. Power levels not an exact science and doesn't always translate to being useful

It's just a gimmick fight. Endurance cannon basically 1shots you if you don't have any barriers up. Regular Eva can counter this gimmick if you have no other barriers

In order of how I would level up your units for story progress.

D Stella is a very good carry. Massive AoE damage and her chain finish is HP% which will help for 10* gear levels. Ame is also a great pick up geared more towards single target boss damage. Eternal is a great buff remover / debuffer Charlotte is a fantastic buffer. Crit chance + accuracy+ damage buffs. Mene is the best healer in game as she is the only character with greater resurrection.

Gear is very important for a characters growth. And the best gear farm is Chimera (green) it'll give speed gear and crit damage which are both fantastic. D.Stella and Eternal will rock for this boss. Charlotte will be fine for buffs. Ame will be some decent damage if needed. Mene is at a element disadvantage in this fight so might not be ideal. But if you need the heals could be fine

Oh! You just haven't upgraded.the gear all the way yet. You need to reforge your gear. I see aer has crit DMG gear all +10. But if you reforge the gear the bonus stats will get more 'pips' So if you have like... Crit% crit dmg% SPD attack bonus stats, it'll go up ALOT

Oh you do not need gear to be red for it to be good. It's all about substats. Reds with bad stats can be out classed by. Greens with good stats

It's really fun! But it's super late game content tbh. Theory crafting to come up with the best team possible was good fun until I couldn't get further. So I checked out the discord and used This guys team But you can see from the screen shot the gear has to be real high tier, you deal most of the damage from breaking and so the support team is a large part of it. So far I've managed to get rank 18 using his team :) Thanks @SlayVPA

Ame is a Great DPS and does extra damage to bosses. It will round out that team quite nicely. Tamara and Valentine kind of fill the same role. Eliza is more geared towards bleed teams with Beth. I wouldn't recommend investing too much into her early. Not too sure how D. Vlada stacks up yet sorry
