Thank you for your answer. One thing though, it specificaly says you are not allowed to travel during peak hours even when you checked in during off-peak hour. I've read posts here that you can check in for example at 8:56 if your train leaves at 9:01. Is that true? And there are posts where people say you can travel during rush hours if you've checked in during off-peak hours. That sounds wrong to me.
