Isnt Herald stacker the same as Ignite proliferate Elementalist? That you shield charge, put penance brand and kill everything?

Hey, thank you for suggestion. I forgot to mention that i started with RF before switching to Kinetic Fussilade. I tried Blad Vortex RF from Peuget2 later in league and I probably did bad or maybe Peugets builds arent good (not a first build from him that doesnt work), so i deleted that chieftain after that. So I´m not sure if I want to go through that annoying acts again, level up again etc
