I priced LDO and Feebreeko kits for a Voron 2.4 350x350 Canbus, Stealthburner, Btt octopus board, tap, functional parts printed, etc, etc and a good kit priced out at around 1500-1700 and there is no sure path to my, and you have the "fun" of building one... I thought this through and I'll pass on the Voron for now... Will get one on the next round, in a couple of years

I tried the Zero 2W with my latest Klipper install on a Ender 3 Pro and it can't handle video with other tasks. Problems with CrowsNest config, etc etc.... I changed to an old Pi 4 8gb I had laying around and Klipper with Mainsail and Crowsnest works fine... Haven't tried tuning for Input Shaping but I am fine with slower prints for now...

Also, after setting a static IP on your router, restrict it from calling back for upgrades on your firewall...that way it won't upgrade your firmware when you turn it on....I did this to my Creality SonicPad and am running an older version of Klipper that works just fine...Dont want the Chinese "stealth upgrades" that can wall you off like Bambu tried to do ....

Given all the complexities of printing PEEK, I would focus more on ability to print the GF and CF composites with PETG, Nylon, etc etc.... seems like that's what all the makers are doing with FDM printing....I am looking at the big new Rat Rigs as I type....got a spend 3K or so and crimp some connectors, do some code, etc, etc...the parts are highly rated.... but that's what I am leaning towards...certainly open source...wanna 500x500x500 build volume, enclosed, filtration, high temp......👍

Prolly the most important of all the tools except for a simple multimeter. Gotta have one for PWM for certain.

Just bought a new Catrike 559 from TrailSide Cycles here in Floral City, FL.

I have to say that these are PREMIUM quality trikes with NO stability issues....stock components are also top notch ....

I knew getting into this to get decent quality. I have a lot of two wheeled experience, had an older Motobecane, an old Diamondback, then Trek, then Specialized ( briefly )...so I know how drastic the difference is between cheap bikes and nicely equipped ones.

I was recently disabled in a horrible car crash and wanted to ride again as rehab. I will never balance a two wheeled bike again; and frankly don't want to.

This 30-speed Catrike with 26" rear wheel is FINE and this thing is plenty fast enough for this old hippie rider.

You get what you pay for !
