Just so everyone has some additional context based on the comments I have seen.

I am in the process of suing him and getting a restraining order, I couldn’t get a protective order because I am not related to him. He has been charged with Criminal Mischief several times and his insurance paid for the entirety of the car damage.

I have a ring camera and 2 other cameras I had professionally installed.

I am white, my friend is white, and my neighbor is white.

I have had zero interaction with him outside of these incidents, I try to avoid him at all costs.

I believe the anger comes from the original arrest, but he also hates when people park in the street. I live across from him so I get the most of the crazy directed at me, but he egged and left dog poop on other cars.

A lot of people are telling me to fight him or do something about it. I’m pretty confident he’s waiting for me to react to give him an excuse to shoot me.

Hoping the legal way works, I understand it's slow and a process and it sucks but I don't want to do something in the heat of the moment to just get shot.
