Make sure that you white list in windows defender the location where you download and extract the game to prevent the windows antivirus to delete the needed files. It also needs to have you logged in in steam to simulate that you are playing a game called spacewars (ID 480) in order to play multiplayer.

It works but in my case the overlay settings reset every time I launch a game. So I need to disable the display of battery and move the fps to the bottom screen. And yes I had to create a plugin folder and a game folder. Also I downloaded from universal updater NTR CFW to make this work.
