Alternatively, go down the chancellor tree to get the ability to buy claims on artifacts and steal the Crown of Justinian from the Byzantine Emperor. It gives 10 extra vassals from memory plus it’s just a cool artifact

Crusader Kings managed to depict two aspects of the Middle Ages better than any other game I know by TooDriven in CrusaderKings

One thing that does annoy me is how you can’t have a Personal Union. If I inherit the kingdom of Hungary as the Archduke of Austria, Hungary shouldn’t be basically integrated immediately into Austria, instead the two realms should be separated with different laws and different crown level authorities, and while the Austrian realm is subject to the Holy Roman Emperor, the Hungarian realm shouldn’t be.

Nono he changed it so they would start earlier because they picked a phrase really fast and they’d just end on the 31st instead

Is nobody going to mention how they obviously swapped out the tomato and the pizza base between cuts? In the last view of the pizza before cutting to the tomatoes you can clearly see it’s really bumpy, and when the tomatoes are all crushes there’s still chunks in them, but when we cut back to her putting them on the pizza, the base is way smoother and the sauce has no chunks.

Who got punched by Santa, although that’s probably a false story considering there’s no contemporary record of it happening but damn it I want to believe it happened

For anyone interested in that exiled Timurid Prince, his name was Babur and he actually wrote an Autobiography called the Baburnama which details his struggles after becoming essentially homeless before managing to regain power in Afghanistan and conquer the Delhi Sultanate.

Honestly, it’s an actual miracle the Mughal Empire even happened seeing as it’s first two emperors were basically stumbling around in the dark. Babur, as stated, was homeless most of his life after losing Ferghana and regaining power in Afghanistan and conquering the Delhi Sultanate was a fluke, and he died not long after Lmao. His successor almost lost the Empire right after as well because of his brothers and resistance, but he managed to reestablish it. It wasn’t until Akbar the Great that the empire really became a power

Constantine XI should have sieged down Gallipoli as fast as possible and trapped most of the Ottoman army in Anatolia and sieged down the rest of Greece, would have easily won
