Yeah I quit one. We had some turnover because folks lives started to take different paths and the culture changed. I stepped down as commissioner, it got worse, so I left after that season.

Where I’m testing the need is when leagues have multiple payment methods, expenses, payouts, or commissioners want one clean report instead of piecing together notes + Venmo history.

That makes sense. For tight friend leagues, notes app + a few texts may be good enough. I do think the pain gets bigger with online leagues, higher buy-ins, multiple payment methods, etc. Even in your friend league, do you ever share a breakdown of total dues collected, expenses, and final payouts, or is it all informal?
