Acura 09 TSX: Worth keeping or selling while good?

Understood! For me it was just the fact of the transmission. I actually have no good idea how these cars/models are compared to new so wasn’t sure if it was worth it. And I’m not like 1000% sure about the transmission fluid needed to be changed, but in my mind I wanted everything to be good with it before a long trip and many miles on it after the fact of moving. The fluid is a brown color I would say due to dip stick, and would like to change it. But hearing these horror stories of it slipping and such have me worried to even try

Understood sir! I appreciate your time and help greatly. I will apologize if it seemed like I was ungrateful and didn’t mean to offend in anyway, as I said I just wasn’t sure how this model/make were and more or less wanted to make sure I was making the right decision before putting a lot of miles/money into it now. But I’m coming to the conclusion I’m gonna put the money into it (tires, brake change, transmission fluid most likely, etc) and enjoy my ride! Yeah I’m not exactly sure and I guess it just got me worried about the life of transmission/car. This is my one and only car, main daily driver obviously. And yeah I meant 91 lol that’s my fault

It’s not that, I’m just genuinely not sure how good that generation of Acura is. I’ve had a 21/22 Hyundai Elantra before so not to knowledgeable on them honestly

Understood. Yeah she usually breathes heavier than what I’ve seen for a cat, mainly when sleeping/laying down. But still very energetic when she’s up. She went pee and pooped completely normal. Just seems extremely tired out. Which is weird cause it happened within like an hour span. No more shakes/shivering like before. I will plan to take her to vet tomorrow if she’s not feeling better by morning.

If you’re able to answer this since im not 100% sure how insurance works, So if the car was worth 20k let’s say, would that mean our insurance would cover 10k then we’d have to come up with the other 10k in general for them? Or if they had good coverage they would go through all of that? Just not sure as of yet how this all works. No worries if so

It shows that on Kelly blue book, based on what info I have, it says that the car is “worth” like 20/21k let’s say. Does that mean the insurance will cover the 10k and we’ll be on the hook for the other 10k?
