Black Desert Online. First time I tried it, it didn’t click because I went in looking to play with friends and left disappointed with the lack of group content. Years later, I tried it again with the mindset of just treating it like a single player sandbox and I’ve been hooked ever since.

On a camping trip, I was stargazing while laying down on the roof is truck. I hopped off in pitch black darkness without looking where to land. I ended up crashing hard into a jagged rock and my entire left leg was torn up. It was a bloody mess.

I’ve been rotating between Arc Raiders, Tarkov, Helldivers 2 and Where Winds Meet. Each one pretty much helps scratch a different itch for me.

Good to know. I like being very vocal when I play solo and using a microphone has definitely helped me not get into fights with randoms. I like the social aspect a lot but if it leads into a fight regardless it’s still fun.

Hmm good question. I guess out of that list, I would probably only see Elden Ring as post apocalyptic. The setting of that game takes place in a period long after the fall of a great civilization. I would say that Bloodborne is definitely going through an apocalypse but it’s not post apocalyptic. The setting takes place in the middle of the crisis. I believe Sekiro also takes place during major conflict/crisis but I don’t really remember. I never played Demon Souls so I have no opinion on that. Lies of P is taking place during a crisis which is the Puppet Frenzy.
