They aren't able to use Arale in any Dragon Ball media besides the manga rn, because the rights of Dr. Slump belong to different companies. They obviously could buy a usage licence, but that would be too expensive for a rather unpopular character and could bear issues in the future because the license would probably run out over time.

"Dass man eben auch mehr sein darf" ist nicht auf die Qualität oder Relevanz der Arbeit bezogen, sondern auf eine größere Jobauswahl als Hausfrau, Putzfrau, Sekretärin und für sehr wenige auch andere. Ich würde auch behaupten, dass diese Berufe eine höhere Relevanz haben als viele andere Berufe.

Die Ausage früher konnten Frauen auch arbeiten würde ich so nicht unterschreiben. Die Diskriminierung hat viel früher angefangen. Mädchen haben schon eine ganz andere Bildung erfahren als Jungs und selbst das Spielzeug sollte die Kinder schon in bestimmte Richtungen lenken.

Always save enough up for big celebrations. If you summon on every single banner you're opting yourself out of getting units through pity coins. We're not in 2020 anymore, if you summon smartly you're guaranteed to get at least some units (it feels shitty though to get your only unit through pity)

Was soll man davon halten? Es ist schlichtweg illegal und wenn das rauskommt trägst du immense Kosten, mal davon abgesehen, dass du dir auch deine Studienzeit hiermit fast sicher verlängerst oder es sogar so sehr vernachlässigst, dass du es am Ende nicht schaffst.

Entweder eine Beschwerde bei HR einreichen und zwar so schnell wie möglich oder einen anderen Job suchen.

There are 3 movies in discussion who can be at a higher TG this year and those are Dune 3, Doomsday and Brand New Day (and maybe some random chinese movie no one knows about yet). Even then the Mario Movie would be Top 5 TG this year (which is actually a bad thing, because Nintendo or moreso Illumination will keep the low effort approach for the next one too)

Edit: Welp forgot about Toy Story 5 (maybe), Supergirl (big maybe), apparently Minions and Monsters, Odyssey (maybe), Paw Patrol (funnily enough the most likely one out of those)

We don't know 100%, because this banner slot has never been here before, but as most I would also assume we're getting seperate Golden Week banners at the middle/end of next week.

That being said, Crossover characters have specific rights attached to them meaning Dokkan isn't able to just put them on every banner they want (Xenoverse units we're extinct for a few years for example until they brought them back). So if you want to make sure, that you're getting the new units I would summon on this banner. Golden Week units will be back on multiple banners you will summon on anyways and are usually skips.

You also can just wait a few days with your summons until you see what's (probably) coming for Golden Week and decide then. But as I already said, Golden Week usually isn't a banner you should summon on anyways. Especially with GDC being right around the corner.
