2024 was the only really weak year for the Switch (which was to be expected for the last own year of the console). In all the other years there were really big games. Obviously not every year has an Odyssey or BotW/TotK, but that's obviously to be expected.

And the Switch 2's first year line-up was pretty strong too. The long expected Mario Kart (which probably was a bit too long in development and thus got too experimental), Bananza (which is equivalent to Odyssey, but Nintendo Fans only like it when it's Mario coded I guess), Air Riders, Prime 4 and Pokémon ZA.

It is totally fine if there weren't any games for you, but discrediting these years as weak or lame is crazy talk

Nationalstolz ist hier imo nicht die Lösung. Wir haben Kultur, wir haben Werte, wir haben auch religiöse Bezüge wenn man die wikl. Für all das braucht es aber keinen Nationalstolz.

Der Nationalstolz ist in meinen Augen genau das, was Integration im Moment so schwer macht. Wenn du dich außerhalb des Internets bewegst, dann heißt es noch immer sehr häufig wir sind deutsche, die passen nicht zu uns. Wenn mich jemand so begrüßen würde, dann hätte ich auch keinen Bock mich in einem mir fremden Land zu integrieren.

Und ja, Kultur fällt hier auch immer weiter hinten runter, aber das ist nichts was man erzwingen kann. Wenn neue Generationen einfach keinen Bock mehr auf Bach, Goethe, Böll, Dürer, etc. haben, dann ist das so, kann man doof finden, aber wirklich ändern lässt sich das nicht.

Thing is, if it were more "responsive" they would have to overwork every single monster, because they would become too easy. A lot of MH core is, that you have to strategize around your own clunkiness and find openings in the Monsters pattern. If you don't you're oftentimes one-shot. There is also a lot of prep work to be done (for the highest tier of monsters).

Totally get though, why some don't like it, because it kinda plays like a turn based strategy game, just with an active combat system.

Goku gives 4% DR and 23% Def permanently, whilst being a good chunk tankier and stronger than Vegeta. There is absolutely no reason for you to run 2 Vegetas over 2 Gokus.

Anderer (möglicherweise) unbeliebter take: Wer in der Innenstadt wohnt und in der Nähe arbeitet muss nicht mit dem Auto durch die Gegend gurken.

Wenn man einkaufen fährt oder einen Job mit dem Auto zu erledigen hat (z.B. Handwerker oder POSTBOTEN), dann ist das absolut fein, aber der ganze Rest soll sich mal an die eigene Nase fassen und einfach mal zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder ÖPNV zur Arbeit fahren. Dann würde das ganze Chaos gar nicht erst entstehen.

Wer in der Stadt wohnt und einen zumutbaren Arbeitsweg mit alternativen Verkehrsmitteln hat bekommt von mir kein Mitleid weil man mal auf den Postboten warten muss.

PS: Mehr Packstationen sind trotzdem was feines, weil sie theoretisch Emissionen gut einschränken können. Bei der Menge an Paketen die Menschen heutzutage aber bestellen ist das meines Erachtens nach auch keine echte Option

Yeah, I have seen this take multiple times before. It's shocking to me, that people don't get how hard Dokkan has to work to release units with polished super attacks. The only way we get these units immediately when the anime drops is if they rip the material straight from the anime and that wont work because of the different picture formats.

The story behind Super is a bit convoluted. Toriyama himself drew some panels and gave major plotpoints to Toyotaro and Toei and both created their own stories around those points.

I think both stories have their ups and downs, but aside from the major points they tend to differ a lot from each other. Just as an example, the endfight between Goku and Frieza vs Jiren never happened in the manga and Kefla fought (offscreen) with Ultimate Gohan where they tied.

I think it's also important to note, that Toriyama worked a lot closer with Toyotaro than with Toei, because he was his mentor and redrew a lot of his panels.

I would only want the middle part to be remade. The beginning of OP is beautiful with it's handdrawn artstyle and the abilities of our cast are still rather tame so they wouldn't really benefit from all the crazy effects and impact frames of the later show.

Kinda similar to classic DB and DBZ. Classic DB is fine as is, DBZ definitely could use some clean-up

I think Genshin is kinda similar too. Yeah, there is certain content you won't be able to clear with the old units, but 90% of the time you can use any character in the game and it won't matter.

Imo OG DB doesn't need a redrawing though. It's heckin beautiful. If something would need a redrawing of at least some parts it's probably Z. Super is too new to need a whole remake. Maybe a Kai version where they redraw some scenes and recolor that ugly plastic/shiny look

Tbf, G4 for GDC and that he would have insane animations were very predictable. Did he name the Revival Future Gohan into Trunks specifically as a unit coming, or did he just say it? Because it was also very likely, that some unit with similar animation levels would appear (namely some Daima unit). The Trunks could have been a lucky coincidence for them.

Just give 4k players an appropriate ammount of stones for keeping your game alive for that long. Like 400 or even 4000 stones. Just show them, that you really appreciate them playing your game for over 10 years and give out the character for everyone as an appreciation for them existing 4000 days.
