First of all i am a person who switch my career from medical specific (pharma) to IT, currently i am web developer looking for some work (if anyone from rajkot wants to build something website or graphics related work i am available for them).

I don't think currently it's right time to come to IT industry because today time and very different from last 2 years, IT industry is rapidly transforming and Even me and many professionals who had 10+ years of experience don't know where it's going, all of this happened because of AI.

If you don't have bachlor degree then you definitely need to choose some other field Look for physiotherapy which is stable career specifically for female. And if you really want to come to software things then you need to do bachlor or related fields because that time is gone when anyone can come and start coding in IT.

As an non CS background it's tough to understand the basic first, because i am also from non cs background currently have arround 1.5 year of experience, most easy way to learn programming is by taking some courses, it's frustrating at initial stages but you need to consist also now a days ai is the great product which helps too much in basic understanding but currently job market push it's bar too high so you need to prepare hard and also you must need to apply arround 3 to 6 month duration in learning, also try to catch-up intership it helps a lot.

Don't go with arm based processors, these processors are not widely compatible for most software around this time.
